ICED MATCHA – WHISK IS NEEDED FOR THIS
1) Put 1 tsp matcha in a bowl of lukewarm water
2) Stir the matcha with the whisk until smooth
3) take a glass and add ice cubes
4) Pour your favorite (vegan) milk into the glass
5) Finally, pour your matcha into the milk (tip: pour the matcha over a spoon into the milk to get a nice latte)
OPTIONAL: add your collagen and/or NAD to this, for example, you can do this with the matcha whiskers in the water.
MATCHA LATTE – FROTHER IS NEEDED FOR THIS
1) Pour your favorite (vegan) milk into your frother
2) add 1 tsp matcha directly into the frother
3) turn on and wait until it is frothed!
OPTIONAL: Add the 100% hydrolyzed collagen here (this is the only one allowed in hot and cold drinks! Vitamin C collagen and NAD should not be heated)
Practical:
1 bag of BBody Matcha collagen contains 40g: 50% ceremonial Japanese Matcha and 50% Hydrolyzed Collagen.
Shelf life: 2 years, store in a cool, dry place.
