A tracking number is a unique code, released by DHL for example, that allows you to track your order online.

This way you can see whether your order has already been collected, where it is now and when DHL expects to deliver your order.

In order to help you as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to also provide your order number. You can of course return the product free of charge. We will then ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible.

There could be two things going on here:

1. It may happen that a tracking number or track & trace link does not work immediately after receipt. Try again after an hour. If it still does not work, send an email to info@byoode.eu .

2. It can also happen that you have entered an incorrect combination of zip code and address when ordering. Send an email to info@byoode.eu .

This email may have ended up in your spam . If not, please send an email to info@byoode.eu .

To help you as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to also include your order number.

We recommend that you first check if you can find the location of your order with your tracking code, which you can find in your shipping confirmation.

If the tracking number does not answer your question, please check whether the estimated delivery time has passed. The delivery time starts when you receive a shipping confirmation from us by email.

There are 3 possibilities:

1. Your package is still with us and we are changing the address: no problem .

2. Your package has already been processed or shipped and the delivery person still has it in their possession : in this case, we will contact the delivery person. We will ask them to deliver the package to the correct address. If that is not possible, we will ask them to return it to us. We will then send it to you. Unfortunately, this is not always possible.

3. Your package has already been processed or shipped and the delivery person has already delivered it : In this case, unfortunately, we can no longer do anything for you.

Please note that shipping costs and delivery times may differ from those within the Netherlands or Belgium. In addition, there is a chance that your customs will charge additional costs , such as duties and clearance costs. Therefore, be well informed by the customs of your country, so that you do not encounter any surprises.
