We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 23:30, we try to send the same day. However, we are not always able to keep this promise. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery can take a little longer.
You will always find the estimated delivery time on the product page.
If we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
In the table below you will find an overview of the expected delivery time per country. The delivery time starts as soon as your order has been transferred to DHL.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if we can confirm that the original packaging has not been opened and the product has not been damaged. In addition, the customer is financially responsible for returning the product and retaining the receipt and proof of payment. The customer is responsible for the return shipping with understanding the risk of loss.
- You can inform us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products without prior notice within 14 days of receipt, as long as you include a message stating your wish to cancel.
- If the package is returned, we need a completed return form to process the return. The form must be present in your package, you can use the return form for this.
- You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.
- If the package is not complete or there are problems with the delivery, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt.
- Is your order incorrect? Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt, and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible! Contact info@byoode.eu and clearly state your name, order number and the items in question.
- Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account when returning. We recommend that you keep the proof of shipment. If it concerns a guarantee, we will send you a return label after the defect has been reported.
- Unidentifiable returns are stored for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report this via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed via our own administration and no further correspondence can be entered into.
- You will receive the amount including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days after we have been informed of the decision to cancel the agreement.
- We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- The refund will take place when we have received the goods, or you have shown that the products have been returned. This is within the legal period of 14 days.

For the assessment of consumables and/or hygiene products and tools (such as shampoo, skin care, make-up, tanning, styling products/tools etc.) it is not permitted to open the packaging and/or use the product. The starting point here is that the customer may only handle and inspect the product as he/she would be allowed to do in a store. The customer is liable for any depreciation of the product that is the result of a way of handling that goes beyond what is permitted. If you return a hygiene product, a depreciation of 100% will be applied.
